CANCELLATION POLICY

Virtuous Beauty Salon – No-Show, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Dear Virtuous Beauty, Thank you again for booking with Virtuous Beauty Salon — your trust in us means the world, and we look forward to serving you beautifully! To protect both your time and ours, please take a moment to review our updated Salon Policy below: 🚫 No-Show Policy (Please Read First) If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment and fails to contact us: They will be blocked from booking future appointments Exceptions will only be made in cases of a verified medical emergency 💳 Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments Deposits will be applied to your balance at checkout Deposits are non-refundable, and will be completely forfeit if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment 🔁 Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule up to 3 times per appointment Each reschedule deducts 10% from your deposit Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance After 3 reschedules, the client will enter a 90-day probation period and can only book same-day appointments (based on availability) ⏰ Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited 💵 Payment Policy Final balance is due at checkout.
