Virtuous Beauty Salon | Community Standards & Policy Welcome to the Standard of Excellence. Thank you for choosing Virtuous Beauty Salon. We view every appointment as a covenant of time and trust. To maintain the peaceful, streamlined experience of our private sanctuary in Marion Village, we ask that all guests honor the following agreements. 1. Securing Your Sanctuary Time (Retainer) To guarantee your reservation, a 25% Non-Refundable Retainer is required at the time of booking. Purpose: This secures a dedicated block of time on our schedule exclusively for you. Application: This amount is fully credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, this retainer is forfeited to compensate the salon for the reserved time that could not be filled. 2. Rescheduling with Grace We understand that life happens. We strive to be flexible while protecting the flow of the business. The 48-Hour Window: You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. Your retainer will seamlessly transfer to the new date. Late Notice: Rescheduling within the 48-hour window is considered a late cancellation and will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. A new retainer will be required to book a future date. Frequency: To ensure fairness to other clients on our waitlist, appointments may not be rescheduled more than twice. 3. The "No-Show" Protocol Our sanctuary operates on mutual respect. A "No-Show" (missing an appointment without communication) impacts the business and other clients waiting for services. Consequence: No-Shows will result in the forfeiture of the retainer and may limit your ability to book future appointments online. Communication: We understand true emergencies occur. Please communicate with us as soon as safety permits. 4. Arrival & The Grace Period To ensure every client receives their full "Virtuous Experience" without rushing, we adhere to a strict schedule. 15-Minute Grace: We offer a 15-minute courtesy grace period. After 15 Minutes: We may need to modify your service (e.g., omitting complex styling) or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying the next guest. In the event of a reschedule due to lateness, the retainer is not refundable. 5. Investment & Service Integrity Payment Methods: We gratefully accept Cash and all major Credit/Debit Cards. Satisfaction: We take pride in our work. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us before leaving the suite so we can adjust it immediately. Refunds: As time and professional products are non-recoverable, we do not offer refunds on completed services. Thank you for partnering with us to maintain a spirit of excellence.
